Approval of Payment Certificates

Ø     The consultant shall check, verify the measurements of works done by the Contractor and submitted through interim/ final payment certificates and certify payments due to the Contractor to the DHM for approval and payments.

Ø     Certify all of the Contractor(s)' monthly statement and final statement within the time specified in the contract and forward to the DHM for arranging payment.

Ø     The Consultant shall, during the course of works, keep accurate records of all dates and quantities of work carried out, all payments made to the Contractor(s), and al materials and equipment supplied to the site.
